Bria was born on April 13th and weighed 8lb and was 20 inches long. She loves to be held, especially by her big brother and big sister. They are always asking to hold her, its really cute! You never really know what being "busy" is until you have 3 kids under the age of 6! I'll post some pics as soon as I figure out how to on this computer....and find a minute to do it!

We've all seen the commercials and mocked them, seen them in stores and laughed. I myself have. I thought, "what kind of ridiculousness is this, are there really people dancing, camping, and attending ballgames while wearing these disasters?". Then Christmas morning my whole world changed. I received a SNUGGIE. I've never been warmer in my life. I have now danced in my Snuggie, and who knows, maybe I'll go camping or to a baseball game. I don't know, we'll see. I do realize that some of you may laugh, but, remember this, who is going to be laughing while your all out in the cold???? Me, in my SNUGGIE!

We have been very busy lately! In the beginning of November, both Travis and Allie celebrated their birthdays. Allie turned 2 and is officially a toddler now :). That same week Travis went to Chicago for the week and the kids and I stayed busy with school, playdates and the usual craziness. The following week Travis flew to NY for a couple days for work.
We had a pretty quiet Thanksgiving and ate a lot. It's nice being pregnant for an "eat as much as you want" holiday, so of course I did! Then came Black Friday......what were we thinking???? Yes, Travis and I were one of "those people" standing outside Target and many other stores for that great deal. It was crazy and at times I thought I was going to lose my life (I'm totally serious!), but, we did get AWESOME deals! When I'm dealing with the horrible cold I got from waiting outside for hours, I look at my beautiful leather boots I bought on sale $100 off the usual price!!!!

Well..... Travis is pregnant, again! Oh yeah so am I! We're 13 weeks along and very excited! Bo thinks its going to be a boy,he has bunkbeds and so his room is "ready for a brother" and when you ask Allie anything about the baby, she lifts up her shirt and points to her belly button and says "baby". It's going to be a loooooooong 9 months!

Bowen turns the BIG 5 tomorrow! He's such a good kid. He's very funny, smart, kind and friendly. He's still a hat guy and owns about a dozen. He loves to draw and make comic books. He plays soccer, t-ball and is currently in football. He starts preschool on Tuesday and loves going and making new friends. We had a "Superhero" birthday party last Saturday with his friends from church and it was a ton of fun! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

We have had a very busy summer. Bowen played T-ball and received another GOLD MEDAL! He's pretty good at it too, he made his Dad proud! We took a "vacation" to see family in both Ohio and New York. It was long and hot, but fun too. When we came home we had some friends from Ohio come and stay with us and it was A TON of fun! We MISS you guys!! Here are a bunch of pics of some of the good stuff.

I can not begin to explain how difficult it is to get these two to sit together for a picture! Ally runs off and wants to see the picture of herself although you havent even taken it yet, and Bo while would rather be climbing the tree rather than stand still next to it! Its hard but their cuteness makes up for it!

Since I bought a new camera, I've been taking a ton of pics of Bo and Ally. They've been pretty good about it, but this is one instance where they;'d just had enough! Bo, being Bo, politely said, "Mom, I just want to play!" Where as I think the look on Ally's face said it all......that was the end of picture day at our house!

I have lost the last 6 months of my childrens lives. My camera broke and I have no way to document their childhood. My poor children only have cell phone pictures to look back on. While thinking about my camera situation, I often imagine this scinerio.....

Teacher: Bowen, can you bring in a picture of yourself of when you were 4?

Bowen: I'm sorry Ms. Fuzzington, I can not. You see my mothers camera broke and she waited so long to buy a new one that I have no record of ever even being 4 years old.

Teacher: That's the saddest thing I've ever heard. (tear)

We went for a drive one day and ended up spending A LOT of money! We bought..... A HOUSE! It's perfect for us, I love the house and Travis loves the mini basketball court. Bo loves his red bedroom and I'm painting ally's room pink and I'm sure she will love it. We close next Wednesday and move in on Saturday. We are very excited, I'll post pics soon.

Its been a very busy past 2 months. We ended up taking a job in Kansas City, Mo instead of California. Although we had always known it was the right choice, its been very tough for me. We're currently renting for the next couple months while we look for a house, but if we don't find anything we may just be renting for a little while longer. I only have half of our things unpacked and I'm having a hard time finding things let alone organizing them. I hate not being able to find things that I need. I'm hoping that we can find something, but its not looking good so far. I don't want to settle for just any house, and I'm becoming discouraged. Our lease is up in November, and I don't know whats going to happen. I hate that too. I'm also having a tough time because there is not a play group here, In Ohio that was one of the highlights of our week. Bo got to play with friends and I did too! We miss our friends! With not feeling at home, to not having a play group, and not being able to find my way around this crazy town, I'm having a tough time.............

I can give a million reasons as to why I haven't posted lately, but the truth is, I'm lazy. My hard drive really did crash though and since I'm slow and I only know how to get to the internet on Trav's Mac, ( I don't know how to get to the pics), don't judge me...there won't be pics for a while. I'm sorry, but you're lucky I got around to doing this. I could be looking at pics of Robert Pattinson right now.......that reminds me, gotta go!

ps.....I hope to become educated on the proper usage of my husbands computer soon, and when I do I will post some pics, pray for me :)

Ally has had a tough time falling asleep. She screams her way through dinner because she wants to fall asleep with her bottle, So lately she's been falling asleep at eh oddest times and places....like standing up in her walker! This is an example of this happening on 2 seperate occasions. Who knew standing while sleeping was so comfortable?

We went to have breakfast with the Easter Bunny and do some crafts. My dad came with us, and we all had fun. Ally seemed to enjoy him, Bo however ignored him and wanted nothing to do with him! I'm sure he'll feel differently after seeing his basket on Sunday.

Last week we started potty training and I was shocked at how easy it was. I realize now that people were right when they said that "when they're ready, they'll just do it". I woke up that first day and was ready for a fight. I was seriously prepping myself by saying out loud (while standing in front of a mirror) "I am the mommy, he's only a child, I can do this, I will not be afraid". Don't laugh, I'm serious, I was scared. So day 1, I put big boy underwear on Bo, and told him not to go in his pants, I moved his potty into the living room on a bathmat, I said "go potty now... please" (all this while thinking, he can smell my fear, you must not show fear woman!), and........he did! He did all day, and the next, and the next. Long story short, I'm all done, my fears of walking into kindergarten with a 5 year old in diapers is over!

I've been dreading this for the past 3 years....and now it is upon us....the time has come to potty train Bowen. After MANY and when I say many, I mean like 20, failed attempts, its happening, I'm tired of changing someones diaper who tells me he's "going upstairs to do some business" when he goes #2. I'm done.....please pray for me. It'll either be a success or I can be found balled up in the corner of my closet crying....

We took Ally lastnight to get her ears pierced (I think they're cute, I don't care what anyone else thinks!). She cried for about a minute, which is better than what I was expecting, and now she looks so cute! Lesson taught to Ally.....Pain = Beauty

This year we went to NY for Christmas to visit with family there. Ally got her Christmas wish for diapers and wipes, and Bowen got a tool set from grandma and grandpa Bush, and a drum set from grandpa Raines! We were also able to have Ally's blessing there too. This past Saturday was Travis' birthday and so when I asked him what he wanted, he said he wanted me to have the baby, well it's no secret that I'm not a fan of being pregnant, so I was wishing for the same thing! We went out to a movie late that night and came home and went to bed. At about 2 am I started having contractions and we were on our way to the hospital! I went into surgery and Alexandria "Ally" Grace Bush was born at 9:02am weighing 8lbs. 14oz. 21" long.....BIG LADY! We came home yesterday and she and I are doing great! I'll post some pics in the next couple days :)

Bo's birthday is on the 30th of this month so we had a Buzz Lightyear birthday party for him and his nursery friends, Bo was crushed when we finally broke open the Buzz pinata, my house was trashed, but all the kids had a great time!

Travis parents and brother, Nick, came for his graduation and stayed with us for a couple days, then we went to Utah for our new nephew's blessing and got a chance to visit with Travis's other brother Dan, his wife, Ashley, and their kids, Keenen and Sean. Bo and Keenen had a good time together, they enjoyed the ice from the cooler....crazy kids :)

After working extremly hard for 4 years Travis graduated on the 18th with his bachelors in accounting. It was a great ceremony with some really good talks. We're now off to Akron, Ohio for grad school. YAY TRAVIS!!!!!!!!!!!

It's been a crazy month this month! Travis graduated on the 18th....(Magna Cum Laude!!) YAY!, Then we were off to Utah for our new nephew's blessing, and on the 28th we're moving to OHIO! I have a ton of pics to post so keep checking back, I hope to get them up in the next couple days..... :)

First we went to the parade here in Rexburg where Bo got a bunch of candy, which is already gone....then we went to Porter Park and played, ate a snow cone, and went on the carousel. After some rest it was on to the fireworks in Idaho Falls. We got there pretty early so by the time the fireworks started Bo was ready to go home. He kept asking if it was over and time to go home. Bowen is not at all impressed with fireworks! So we came home about 10 minutes into the fireworks and Bo fell right asleep. It was a good day :)

Bowen has a Veggie Tales movie that he loves to watch about Jonah and the whale, although it's a good movie and I don't mind him watching it all he wants, this is what it has resulted in....... Our neighbors are moving, so they knocked on our door this morning to ask if they could use the closest parking spots to pack up their truck, when the girl asked Bo what his name was Bowen responded "Jonah"....my head shot down to him and I was like "what? no it's not, it's Bowen". Clearly we cannot and will not be watching "Jonah" for a while!

He loves corn and green beans.....but he LOOOOOOVESSS corn on the cob! We just get it all ready for him and he goes to town. Half way through he set it down and said "I need a rest"! He usually eats about 2 ears during a meal when we have it. It's an amazing thing to watch such a little person devour 2 ears of corn.....amazing!

It has finally stopped raining here in Rexburg, so we were able to go to the park and even go swimming in Bo's little pool! While we were filling it up, Bo kept saying it was "kinda take a bath outside mommy"!

We had a great Father's Day weekend! Bo made Travis 2 cards, a special crown and bought him some candy! Travis wore the crown during all of dinner (all his favorite stuff!) and Bowen loved it! HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!

The weather here has been so crazy lately, one day rainy and the next sunny and in the 80's. So on the rainy days, Bo and I have been doing some projects. One day we made homemade EDIBLE playdough, and then on another we painted a t-shirt with fabric paints. We're so crafty!!!
